Tai Chi Quan Trial Class at Laginha Beach!
On Saturday, March 16, 2024, four participants had their first trial Tai Chi Quan class with our instructor Jürgen Kling at Laginha Beach.

Qi Gong (Parts I + II)
It is a Chinese practice that combines movement, breathing, and meditation to promote the vital energy (Qi) in the body. “Part I and Part II of the 18 movements” refer to a specific sequence of Qigong exercises designed to improve health, promote relaxation, and enhance balance. Each part of the training consists of 18 distinct movements aimed at stimulating the flow of Qi in the body and improving overall well-being.
Tai Chi Sword / 32 Forms
Tai Chi with swords is a form of Tai Chi that involves the use of a sword. The 32-movement form is a common variation of this style, consisting of a specific sequence of movements. It is designed to improve balance, coordination, and focus, as well as to strengthen the body and calm the mind.
